How to Install and Activate Topaz Star Effects 1.1.0
- Extract the file using 7z enter password: LhGLjSQUtP42C4f Download 7z here
- Quit Photoshop if it’s opened
- Run topazstareffects_setup.exe
- Run Photoshop, open any image
- In Photoshop Go to Filter, Topaz Labs, Topaz Star Effects
- In Topaz Star Effects Go to menu, Enter Key, Register with the serial provided within the download, leave name blank
- Go to menu, untick Enable Auto-Updates
- Enjoy the full version plugin, you may need to block the program with firewall
